About the position: As the Executive Director, you will provide overall leadership, management and oversight at The Bridge at Columbia, our premier assisted living community in Columbia, TN. Insuring the continued success of this 65 apartment community will be your objective. With support from our home office and regional teams, you will shape and create a hospitality-focused atmosphere for residents, families and associates.

Responsibilities

Recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining talented team members
Supervising and developing a top notch team
Associate supervision and recognition
Ownership of the sales and community relations process to ensure top market position and budgeted revenue
Insuring resident well being
Regular communication with families
Leading by example with a hospitality focus
Financial management
Regulatory compliance

Qualifications

A passion for working with seniors
5+ years management experience in Assisted Living and/or CCRC
Proven success managing turnaround/start-up communities
Experience in hiring, coaching, performance management, daily supervision & discipline of associates
Previous sales experience and oversight a must
Experience in developing and cultivating relationships in the local area to drive business into the community
Experience effectively pricing senior living products and maximizing revenue
Demonstrated success managing operating expenses
Thorough knowledge of P & L accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications, with the ability to learn new systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Availability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours

· Assists with landscaping and lawn maintenance.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

· High school graduate or equivalent.

· At least 1 year maintenance experience.

President of Operations

Century Park Associates is seeking to add a seasoned President of Operations to our corporate leadership team. This position will be based out of our corporate office in Chattanooga, TN and will work alongside executive leadership to ensure the success of financial performance, resident care, and associate satisfaction in each community.

Responsibilities:
·         Provide leadership and support to the company’s Regional Directors and General Managers
·         Proactively identify key business issues while working with leadership to develop and implement strategies
·         Promote and insure all corporate standards, practices, philosophies, and objectives are maintained.
·         Monitor financial performance of communities and regions. Ensure assigned communities meet budgeted profit and expense projections.
·         Assist with development of business plans.  Assist in determining appropriate staffing needs to ensure effective operations within budgetary confines while achieving high resident and staff satisfaction and positive financial performance.
·         Respond to concerns or inquires brought to the corporate level by residents or families.
·         Proactively identify talent within the company and industry to support growth objectives.

Qualifications:
·         Senior level operations experience in hospitality-focused senior housing, specifically IL, AL and/or CCRC
·         Experience operating multiple communities
·         Profit and loss experience with focus on cost control, quality and service
·         Successful record in providing strategic leadership with strong planning and executive ability.
·         Ability to bring creative and innovative operational approaches to the business.
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·         Ability to establish a level of confidence with various management personnel and external contacts
·         Exhibit high personal standards of commitment and integrity.
·         Bachelor’s degree preferred
·         Ability to travel

National Sales and Marketing Strategist

Century Park Associates is seeking to add a seasoned National Sales and Marketing Strategist to our corporate leadership team. This position will be based out of our corporate office in Chattanooga, TN and will provide sales support to our growing senior housing company.

The National Sales and Marketing Strategist will be responsible for training and supporting our Regional Sales Directors, General Managers, and community-level Sales Directors nationwide.

Responsibilities:

·        Driving company sales and marketing goals nationwide.
·        Training General Managers and Sales Directors on effective sales and marking techniques.
·        Measuring improvements in sales and marketing efforts.
·        Supporting communities to achieve occupancy goals nationwide.
·        Ensuring Century Park sales model is implemented successfully at each community.
·        Providing direction, vision, and strategy to assist in achieving competitive advantage in senior living services.
·        Actively participating in sales and marketing events.
·        Assisting each community in maintaining positive relationships with business leaders and referral sources.
·        Participating in competitive analysis in local marketplaces.

Qualifications:

·        8-10 years successful hands-on sales experience in senior housing required
·        Prior area, regional and/or national-level sales management experience required
·        Experience as successful trainer for sales and marketing techniques and programs
·        Experience in building and developing sales team
·        Experience in “building turnaround” and property management preferred
·        Inside and outside sales experience preferred
·        Exceptional track record in sales and marketing
·        Results-oriented
·        Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
·        Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
·        Genuine compassion for seniors
